Del sol colour changing polish !!!

Hello girls, i just wanted to share a quick review of a new nail polish which i was sent to review from Del Sol.

Now colour changing polishes have been around for quite a while in one form or another but i have to say that the ones i have tried before were not particularly great. A bit gimmicky and a bit of fun probably aimed at young girls so i was not expecting too much from this.

First of all the colour is not something i would usually go for as I'm not the biggest fan of pale blue nails.

However i was pleasantly surprised with the results. Admittedly i needed 3 coats for the coverage but the finish was really pretty. Nice and shiny metallic looking even without a top coat. I was sent the colour Electrick which is a pale metallic blue almost silver.

The first photo is inside the house and the second photo is after going outside for about 30 seconds. The colour changes from a blue to green. The photos look quite subtle but its actually quite a contrast in real life.
I actually really like this product and would love to try out some of the other shades.
My friend even asked what polish i was wearing as she really liked it so another thumbs up.

They cost £7.95 and are available from R8 Beauty in lots of other shades too.
I would be interested to see what some of the more glittery shades look like and think they might be good if you like to mix things up a bit with a little nail art or layering, marbling etc.
