AMEN to that! I used to work at a really high stress office and my boss was the meanest person ever. So always tried to win him over by not reacting to his rants and just smiling and being overly sweet it helped me get thru the day :)
I worked in retail for a long time and had so many rude customers, you have no choice but to be polite with them. I always thought how sad they must be to walk around being angry over nothing. It helps that i am so layed back naturally, it takes a lot to get me stressed x
