MAC UNCOMMON. This is a cream blusher and it is a really beautiful taupe with a slight peach tone to it. I think this looks really classy and i love to wear this with a nice nude lipstick for a daytime polished look.
This is my Favourite MAC blusher that i own PETALPOINT. This is such a real baby pink blusher with tonnes of shimmer it gives such a gorgeous gleam to the skin so no highlighter needed. I think this was limited edition but if you can get your hands on this then i really recommend it. It looks beautiful on fair skin as well i use it a lot on my wedding makeovers.
MILANI Luminous is a beautiful 2 tone blusher which i received in a swap from America. I know this is a relatively cheap product but the results are gorgeous. It's a coral pink with golden shimmer. I do have to pack it on a little to get the look i want but its definately worth it for the results. I think this photo shows the colour quite well.
VICTORIA'S SECRET Runway blusher the top swatch is the two colours combined. This is a pretty girly pink which blends really easily so great for an everyday pop of colour. I got this in a swap as well.
Last but not least EVERYDAY MINERALS Nick Nack Blusher. The swatch looks a little lighter than it does in real life but i adore this blusher and will be getting it in full size soon. It is a really beautiful matte pinky taupe which looks really classic on and again easy to blend. I love this with a natural look i find it seems to sculpt my cheeks more than a shimmer. Its not a colour i would usually go for but love love love it. Oh yea and dirt cheap too.
On a different subject i decided to make Cupcakes with my youngest and although i used a shop brought mix and then made some butter cream icing i think they came out well for a 1st attempt.

ReplyDeleteYum, those cupcakes look gorgeous. Perfect for the weekend and I like your blushes too. I'm gonna remember 'Uncommon'. I would like to experiment with creamy blushes a bit more and I often wear a nudish lip so sounds like a safe way to do it.

Ohh my god!!! Someone else who shares my love for petal point, this post has made my day! I love love love this blush, and I smashed that one I have and I want a backup badly! so I have been searching all over for it but eventually I have tracked it down on makeupalley and traded it for 3 sleek palettes !
