Shoes with Spikes!

Morning ladies, I just wanted to show you one of my latest pairs of sky scraper heels which i was sent for review purposes a few weeks ago. These shoes are not for the shy retiring type but if you want to make a statement then they are the perfect pair. Check these bad boys out:

At just 5ft 2 i do like a good heel but these are extremely high so not for beginners but if you want dramatic height then you cant go wrong. Measuring in at 15cm and a platform these give plenty of height & the studs add a nice rocky edge.

I wore these last week with a casual outfit to dress things up a bit and got loads of nice comments about them.

Friday Night Little Brown Dress!

Last night we went to a wedding reception party and so thought I'd show you my makeup and outfit choice for the night. I decided to wear a dress that i purchased a while ago and had never had the chance to wear.
I got this dress off a little stall in my local market but I've been told it's an All Saints copy.

For my makeup i used Gosh foundation and concealer. Sleek Oh so Special palette and gosh special effects powder eyeshadow. Jemma Kid blusher and bronzer and Gosh Lipgloss

I've worn so little makeup these past few weeks that i really enjoyed getting a bit glammed up and i had a great night. I'm really pleased with my DIY hair colour as it has faded a little bit as you can see from the photos and i Love the colour it is now :)

Today i will probably just be chilling out with the kids, wearing jeans and a vest top in fact i cant wait to put my comfy shoes on after wearing heels for a night ha.

I was going for the ladylike look but wanted to feel a bit sexy so i added Patent killer heels and big hair.

I kept my jewelry very minimal with my new wrap watch from River Island. Pearl earrings and 1 pearl bracelet.
It's so nice to get dressed up now and then and not feel like just a mum all the time xx

Monochrome Nails & OOTD!

Happy Saturday! Well it is for me anyway. I am sat here tap tapping away at the computer and all around me is silence. My boys are staying with their grandparents for the night and as much as i adore my kids its great to have some time just for me :)

Tonight we are out with our friends for a meal which will no doubt be followed by a few cocktails. I am so excited to be able to get ready at leisure which anyone with children knows is a luxury in itself.

For the past hr or so i have been drinking coffee, lounging about, reading blogs and doing my nails. Ahhh heaven.

Monochrome Nails!

I went to meadow hall last night as i was lucky enough to win some gift vouchers from the ladies at niceneasy on twitter so i treated myself to a new bag and watch from River Island. I also picked up this long leopard top from Republic which i love.

The bag is so so soft i know i will use it all the time. They had it in other colours but you can't go wrong with black can you.

Make up is Liz Earle Skin Tint with Smashbox cream blusher, Mascara and lippy.

Hair was a blast of dry shampoo and not much else as I'm leaving it till later when i get spruced up for tonight. Hope you are all having a fab weekend xxx

This is me! OOTD

Outfit of the day was a white vest dress with my grey baggy long line top from topshop. I was hoping it was going to be warm but the sun wasn't playing so i added my black long line cardie.

Black leather cuff which i purchased on my hols for 10 Euros which i love to bits.

Sandals from Primark last year. I love these they are super comfy and go with everything

Face wise i am making the most of my tan as it fades so fast. I'm wearing a tinted moisturiser with lots of mascara and some serious highlighting on my cheeks.

As i said serious highlighting lol. I used my Mac Shell cream colour base as a highlighter and Nars Sin as my blusher. Love these two together.

OOTD! Bring on the stripes

I thought I'd share an OOTD as its rare that i show you what i wear. This is just an outfit which i love to wear when shopping or playing with the kids. Comfy but put together. Well i like to think so :)

I love my striped cropped vest from international, i just threw a white vest top underneath and some dark jeans from topshop

Thusday Night FOTD & OOTD Post !

Hello Lovelies, hope you are enjoying the sunshine this weekend (Sorry if its cold where you are ). On Friday it was our friends 10 Year Wedding Anniversary and they invited a few friends round to their house for a few drinks.

OOTD & NOTD

Hello my lovelies, i thought i would share with you my OOTD ( well yesterdays really ) as i've not done one for a while.
I'm looking forward to better weather so i can bring out the vest tops and flip flops.

So i was going shopping and needed to be comfy but I'm fed up of wearing slouchy jumpers and jeans

I wore my knee length boots from Next, Grey leggings from primarni, long line top from Next and cardi from New Look.

 Hair and makeup was quick and easy

 

Nails i used a champagne colour from artdeco as a base with Barry M nail effects

Can you believe its the first time Ive used the barry m nail effects polish? Ive had it forever but not used it. I had loads of compliments on my nails and loved the results. I know I'm way behind lol.
