Beauty bargain of the day !

I just wanted to give you a quick heads up of this bargain that i picked up in superdrug yesterday. I saw this on another blog but cant remember who it was now (Smacks wrist)

Anyway this lovely set of three eyeshadows from Accessorize are reduced to just £1.99 so a great chance to try them out for those of us counting the pennies.

Accessorize set £1.99

Each of the shades are really shimmery and such pretty pigmented colours, i cant wait to try them out properly.

Swatches with no primer

I did notice they had a few different shades in these sets but sadly the other colours had been damaged. The texture is really soft so i assume they might crumble quite easily if you are too heavy handed with them.

I've never tried any of the Accessories products so had to snap these up at this price. So if you like the look of these keep your eyes peeled in your local superdrug as i imagine they will sell out very fast xx

5 £5 or less Bargain Beauty Buys

I thought id do a little feature perhaps once a month or something with products that cost less than £5 that are great value for money.
After all everybody loves a bargain and when you are on a budget then its great to find things that don't cost the earth.

Oil Balancing Cleansing Wipes with Tea tree £1 for 2 packs Primark

These wipes are pretty good for oily or spot prone skin. They do the job just as good as any and at £1 for 2 packs they are ideal for stocking up and saving a few pennies. I don't think any wipes will do the same job as a cleanser but for late nights and quick fixes these are great.

W7 Africa highlighter £1.99 See post here

Pretty highlighter that is suprisingly good quality for such a cheap price. Read my post for pictures of it on the face.

Sleek blusher in Pan Tao £4.30

Sleek blushers are such amazing value for money. Pan Tao is a beautiful peach/orange shade which is such a now colour for cheeks.
The pigmentation is just as good if not better than most high end brands. I think this is limited so if i only had a fiver left i think I'd put my money on this one.

Sleek True Colour Lipstick Peaches & Cream £4.00

A second Sleek product and a new one to me as i only got this shade last week but again the formula is brilliant and i would expect to pay a lot more for this than £4.00
Peaches & Cream is proving to be one of the most popular shades and i can understand why. Full coverage, stand out peachy but with a brightness somehow, its almost a pale coral if that makes sense. Non drying and lasts well too. Gorgeous.

W7 Honolulu Bronzer £1.99 Savers See post here

Last but not least the amazing bronzer that costs just £1.99. Nothing else to say that's not been said in my post. If you can get one then grab it before they sell out.

I'd love some feedback as to whether or not you like this post so i can decide if t make it a regular feature or not ???

The cheapest Highlighter on the Block !

After my huge reaction on yesterdays post i thought i'd do a follow up with the cheapest highlighter on the block post about the W7 highlighter which looks to be an atempted copy of the famous Too Faced Pink Leopoard. Yes this too is just £1.99 from savers.

W7 Africa £1.99

Comes with a small flat brush in cardboard square packaging

Left: Too Faced Pink Leopard / Right: W7 Africa

When i first swatched this on my hand i wasn't overly impressed it came out a peachy tone which didnt look particularly exciting and not as shimmery as the too faced one and lighter in colour.
But when i applied it to my face i loved it. Really pretty highlighter slightly golden in tone and so easy to apply.
W7 Africa applied on cheeks

Close up you can see there is no chunky glitter

So again a fantastic bargain price for a really decent quality highlighter.
Let me just say they are not exactly the same, the swatches on my hand came out quite different but i couldn't capture it on camera.
Bearing in mind the snow leopard costs over £20 and this is just £1.99 i think its still a pretty good buy.
What do you think?

Stila Sale Bargain Buy!

Oooh i found a brilliant bargain today while shopping at TK Max. I found 2 sets of 3 stila products reduced down to just £5 a set. The products were sealed so i couldn't test or really see the colours but for £10 for 6 items i thought I'd chance it.
This has to be my best buy so far for 2011 ha.
For £10 i managed to bag myself all these :

SPF 30 Oil Free Tinted Moisturiser in medium 01
SPF15 Illuminating Tinted Moisturiser shade 02

Matte Eyeshadow in Batura a dark purple/ brown colour.
Eyeshadow in Sparkle a golden taupe

SPF 20 Shine Lip Colour in Tina 07 a bronze/red sheer lipstick

Kajal eyeliner in Topaz which is a peach/pink soft liner which works on the inner rim instead of a white for an open eyed look.

I popped the shadows straight into my Z palette

First impressions of the shadows are brilliant. The pigmentation is beautiful and they feel buttery soft.
Do you girls have any stila products? I have only tried a handful of stila products before so i can't wait to try this little lot out.
