Showing my Z Palette's some Love !

Morning ladies, i just wanted to a little post about my two Z Palettes that i have. I have been having a bit of a tidy up with my stash and found this little cube of eyeshadows. Well it now looks like this, but before i had depotted loads of stuff it was literally overflowing.

I hate having products chucked into things as i just don't tend to use them when i have to rummage for them. I like to have everything to hand and colours out where i can see them. I don't know why a lot of companies make such huge packaging sometimes.

Here's my large palette when I'd finished depotting a lot of my shadows and blushers.
It contains all sorts of different shades which i love.
Clinique shimmer bricks, MeMeMe blusher, Mac, Estee Lauder, Clinique etc.
It's so much easier to use these products now.

My small size one i have added some shadows to. I really love these colours and most of them have sat untouched for ages.

Now I've had these 2 palettes for a while. They are just brilliant for tidying up and condensing your makeup. I really want to get some more so i can depot the rest of my little stash and maybe put them in some kind of colour grouping.
Ideally i want 2 more so i have a little bit of room to add more shadows/ blushers when i need too.

I find them really sturdy and the metallic backing holds the shadows amazingly well. You can fit all different sizes and shapes into these so easily.

As for depotting, it's really easy. Just check out U Tube. I like to use the heat method where you take off as much packaging as possible and place the shadow on a sheet of foil on some hair straighteners till it warms up and softens the glue.
I actually find it quite therapeutic for some reason.

You can buy the Z Palettes which come in 4 different designs from Love Makeup
Priced at £15.99 for the large palette and £8.99 for the small.
They are also on Facebook & Twitter

Natural Looking skin & Stila

Today i thought I'd try out a few of my Stila Bargain buys that i brought from TK Max which i recently posted about. I'm really pleased with the results. I think this look is perfect for everyday and i don't think i look particularly made up but my skin looks nice and healthy without tonnes of product which is a nice change.

So on my skin i have stila illuminating tinted moisturiser with Laura Mercier concealer under the eyes.
Mac Skin finish powder and a dusting of Mac Soft & Gentle on the cheek bones.

I've tried out my new Stila Pencil on the inner eyes and just above the cupids bow on my lips. It really is a great pencil, so soft and creamy and it opens up my eyes without it being too obvious which sometimes can happen if i use white.

My favourite so far out of my purchases though is the shadow on the right Shade Sparkle. I wore it today and it's such a pretty colour and blends like a dream.

Award time !

Hey lovely ladies, i have recently been given the Stylish award from 2 beautiful bloggers Cheeky Beauty and Sherrie at Mirror Mirror on the wall

Thanks so much for the Award girls. It always means a lot to me when i receive an award, mention or anything else come to think of it. With so many fabulous other blogs it means a lot to get a little treat like this.

Thanks so much ladies for passing this on to me.

The conditions for this Award are:
* Thank the person who awarded you and link back to them.
* Share 8 facts about yourself
* Pay it forward to 4 other Bloggers
* Let the Bloggers know you have awarded them.
So here we go hmmm. It's surprising how hard it can be to think of facts about yourself. Anyway :
1. I am really emotional and cry at anything remotely sad on TV. My husband is always saying to me, it's not real its just a programme ha

2. I have never been a bridesmaid. My friend is getting married next year and asked me though and I'm so excited. Yay.

3. I always thought I'd have about 6 kids. Until i had 1 then i realised going through labor twice was enough for any woman :)

4. I am a real bargain hunter and spend ages rummaging in sales and end of line bins.

5. I love car boot sales and spend many a Sunday morning trailing round them.

6. I still can't drive at age 36 :( however this year i plan on changing that.

7. I'm addicted to tarts. Wax tarts that is. I love burning fragrances around my home and trying different scents.

8. I love Salsa Dancing. I don't do it anymore but it's something that i really love and hope to start it up again soon.

So I would like to pass this award onto these beautiful bloggers.

1. Joy at All Made Up
2. Beauty by Paula
3. Glam Sam
4. Irene at Blushingloves

I love all these girls blogs and so am really happy to pass this award onto them.

On a different note, it's snowing again here. I'm off to centerparcs next weekend with our friends and there kids too so I'm looking forward to that.
I'm waiting for a few goodies to arrive in the post and it seems to be taking forever.
I have a few post requests and a few reviews coming up. Hugs xx

FirmSlim Review

Hello ladies, hope you are all well. I don't know about you but i am certainly feeling the after effects of too much food, alcohol and general lazing about over the Xmas period.
Well nows the time to kick myself back into gear. The next month or so will be spent trying to eat healthier, getting active and trying to sort out my lazy backside ha.

Luckily for me before Xmas i was sent the Transformulas FirmSkin anti-cellulite mousse to trial which has proven to be a fantastic product over the last few weeks.

The mousse formula comes in a metal canister, much like a bottle of hair mousse with a nozzle. The product itself claims to be a revolutionary smoothing, contouring, firming and cellulite treatment with a pioneering secret sensation formulation. ( sounds good right? )

You shake the product up and spray into the palm of your hand. I've sprayed some into the cap to demonstrate how bubbly the texture is.
I've never felt anything like this before. The product is freezing cold as you spray it into your hands and it crackles up fizzing and bubbling as you massage it into any areas you are wanting to smooth ( legs & Bum in my case )

I have to say i thought i would not like the feel of this but you know what they say 'no pain no gain' but i was pleasantly surprised. The freezing feeling on your hands actually feels really good when its massaged into your skin. Maybe because i feel like it's working or maybe because the snap, crackle and pop tingly feeling makes it nice? I don't know, i cant put my finger on it. Lets just say i liked it :)

The packaging says the average user will get 14 days of application from this but I've used it for 14 days and it's still going strong.

What do i think? OK so I'm not going to say that there is a massive improvement but there is a slight improvement on my cellulite and considering i have eaten about as many calories to feed an army in the last few weeks then i would say it's pretty much a triumph.

As for the condition of my skin, well it feels so so smooth and silky after using this. I definitely feel firmer and generally more confident. I will be repurchasing before my holidays for a 2nd course as it without a doubt the best anti cellulite product I've tried.

I know the results would of been even better if i had drank lots of water and done a little exercise to help along the way. But i look at it this way, if i can see some results without altering my diet then the  results are down to the product alone.
If you have had too much Xmas pud like me and want a little helping hand on the cellulite front then you can purchase FirmSlim from Transformulas here Priced at £24.99
