Pushing the boundries !

The thing i enjoy the most about makeup is the way it can transform a person. I love the natural look, glowy skin, neutral shades of brown on the eyes. Nude or pale lips or a smokey eye.
I have learned a lot about Mk up and i learn so much from other blogs, u tube videos, magazines the list goes on.

I don't get a lot of time to myself but when i do i love to try different looks. I often try something and it seriously looks bad ha.
But its those bad looks that i learn the most from.
I love to experiment with makeup good, bad and ugly. Looking back at some of the things I've tried makes me both proud and a bit embarrassed as some are rubbish but hey ho!

But if i just applied the same Mk up everyday i would not find any pleasure in it. You have been warned.

Give and Make up !

Hello my lovelies today's post is one that i feel really passionate about. I would imagine by now that you will have heard of the Give and Make up Scheme.

The idea behind this important scheme is to help provide everyday essentials to Women and children who are in need in conjunction with Refuge and Women's Aid who protect the lives of thousands everyday.

I'm sure many of us can't comprehend the extent of abuse and heart ache that a lot of these women suffer. Many of them fleeing to a place of safety with nothing but the clothes on there backs.
I often think if circumstances were different, that person could of been me or you?


The things we take for granted every day such as deodorant, toothpaste, shampoo etc can be donated to help make the first few days much more comfortable for someone in this situation.

I am very humbled by this cause and have had a little sort out and here's what i am donating:

 Makeup bags

 samples

 shower gels/shampoo/deodorant/toothpaste/toothbrush/baby toiletries

 Body sprays/ sun tan protection/ bubble bath/ exfoliator

 Cleansers/moisturisers Face & Body/ Hair care

 Makeup/ Brushes/ Nail polish

More Makeup

The products don't have to be brand new. Anything you would give to a friend is perfectly fine. ( No used Mascara/lipgloss )
