Fake Tan Fan !

I was searching through my stash of products when i noticed i was getting a little overrun with Tanning creams and pre tanning scrubs etc. I decided to put them all together and this is what happened:

Eeek have i become a tanaholic without realising it?

9 Body tans including Xen Tan, Sun-Believable, He-Shi, BeautyLab

6 Tan Maintainers, Face Tan, Moisturisers, Wash off Tan

4 Pre Tanning Body Scrubs

I will be testing out the BeautyLab Tan next week as its the only one out of these that hasn't been road tested yet.
I have reviewed most of these products but if you want to know anything about any of them just let me know.
I go through fazes of being tanned then being natural so my products do seem to last me a while. Saying that i need to start using them up as there are still so many tanning products which i am keen to try out. Including:
Xen Tan Perfect Blend
Rodial Brazilian Tan
St Tropez bronzing spray

Do you use fake tan? Any reccomendations that i should check out? xx

Lush Easter Treats !

Easter is creeping up on us and as usual Lush has come up trumps with its gorgeous array of Sugary Bath delights that even the Easter Bunny would be proud of.
Lush Easter Collection is made up of Easter Eggs, Chicks, Bunnies and even a Donkey!

Lucky me was sent a couple of products to review :)

Donkeyotee bath ballistic (£1.95)

Cute Bright and sunny. This is a little donkey shaped bath ballistic scented with the charity pot fragrance of ylang ylang, tagetes oil and geranium oil.
This bath ballistic smells beautiful, a really relaxing and calming bath. Did you know Ylang ylang is known for its aphrodisiac properties too? Therefore perfect to share.

It turns the water a pretty orange colour and leaves my skin lovely and soft. I know its not Easter just yet but who needs to wait till Easter to have a bit of a pampering bath.

I was so Eggcited to see this little beauty drop through my letterbox. I am a big fan of the Candyfluff and who can resist the girly pink colour with an added flower. Its so pretty i didn't want to use it. But of course for blogging purposes i did :)

Candy Fluff Egg £2.95

This Candy scented ballistic smells Amazing. Its the perfect ballistic for a girly girl who loves to smell sweet. Fragranced like a mass of candyfloss, Marshmallow and jelly beans. All the sweetness with none of the stickiness. Leaves my skin feeling smooth and gently scented. If you can just get one item from the Lush Easter range then this should be it.

You can see why i didn't want to get out this bath!

Will you be checking out Lush Easter treats this year?

Pacifica Fresh Scents !

Spring/ Summer is upon us and for me that means a change in perfumes. I am always searching for that perfect fresh scent and so the Pacifica range was one i was keen to try out.
For those of you who are not familiar with the range let me tell you Pacifica is a fabulous range of products which host unusual and different blended fragrances as well as Soaps, candles, body butters so you can layer away to your hearts content. I was sent two Perfumes to try:

 Waikiki Pikake Perfume

Tahitian Gardens

I Love the pretty bottles which contain 30g Each

Waikiki Pikake is described as:
A homage to the lush wooded and flowered paradise of old world Hawaii, this hauntingly beautiful blend combines sweet Pikake - a delicate, exquisite jasmine flower native to Hawaii - with sensuous and velvety sandalwood.

for me this is a really unusual but lovely combination. Its unlike any perfume Ive tried before. The first thing that hits me when i spray it on is the Freshness and the sweet Jasmine but as it dries down you get the sandalwood coming through.
I always think these types of fresh fragrances seem to fade quite quickly but my husband actually commented on how nice it was about 4 hrs after applying it so i was shocked.

Tahitian Gardenia is described as:
This heady, vintage-inspired blend showcases the sacred Gardenia bloom, a symbol of love, unity, grace and strength. It's sweet, smooth and slightly citrusy aroma is reminiscent of Jasmine, Sweet Orange and Tea Leaves.

This scent for me is quite a strong gardenia but yet it is still very fresh and reminds me of a spring day with flashes of the sweet orange coming through.
Although this is not a perfume that i would automatically go for i have found myself wearing it a lot as it is really uplifting and quite subtle once it settles on my skin.

I am really intrigued about the other products in the range. I would love to try the Hawaiian Ruby Guava or the Tuscan Blood Orange. Because i have a bit of a soft spot for fruity fragrance.

Another great factor about these products is the fact that they are all free of Parabens, phtlates, sulphates, propylene glycol, vegan and cruelty free. So natural ingredients all the way.

Has anybody else tried any of the products, i wonder what the body butters are like? All these products can be purchased from  Himalaya
Do you change your perfume when the weather starts to brighten up?

FOTD & Red hair = What eyebrows?

Morning everyone. I thought id do a FOTD as the lovely Jude requested to see the stila eyeshadows on the eyes.
I also did something a bit different as my dark brown eyebrows were looking too harsh against my red hair so instead of filling them in dark brown i used my stila Twig eyeshadow as a bit of an experiment and i really like the way it turned out. Giving a hint of red to my brows.

FOTD

Eyeshadows Barefoot Contesa, Jezebel, Champara & Espresso

What do you think of the eyebrows? Yay or Nay?

Mac Face & Body foundation, Mac Gingerly blusher & OCC lip tar in Hush Hush

I really like the way Mac Face & Body photographs it's one of my favourites. Any other recommendations for eyebrows with this colour hair? I'd love to know your thoughts girls xx
