Polish Storage Organisation !

My latest storage for my polish was getting far too small so today i have been searching for a solution. Now this isn't the prettiest of storage boxes but it will do for temporary measure and its so much easier to find everything.

Take 1 B&Q Tool Box ( I had this already hence it looking a bit shabby )
The beauty of this is its so big it fits loads of polishes and its sturdy with a big carry handle. Perfect.

I like to mix it up with some cheaper brands too

So as i said this is not the most eye catching of storage boxes lol but it does do the job amazingly well. I even have space to add a few more Eeeek.

Victoria secrets is one of the shops that i adore but unfortunately living here in the UK means its rare that i get to purchase any of the range.
However i do have a few products that i brought when i was holidaying in Vegas and so thought i would show you what i have.

My favourite out of these is the Lemon Paradise which is sadly now discontinued :( Its a soft vanillary lemon fragrance which i just adore.

The love spell is a fresh and fruity fragrance with a hint of floral its really summery and the mini sizes are perfect to throw in my bag.

I love the huge collection of fragrances with the matching shower gels and moisturisers. All there products look so pretty not to mention all the gorgeous looking cosmetics.

Luckily my friend is going back to Vegas in a few weeks and has asked if i want anything bringing back. I  had a look on the website and Found a gorgeous looking lipstick. Ive never tried the lip products so not sure what the quality is like.

I Love the packaging and Ive read that there is a shade called Heated which is very similar to MAC Jazzed which i missed out on earlier this year so i think I'm going to ask her for this.

Have you tried any Victoria Secrets products? I have serious envy of the American ladies who get the goodies so easily.
Any recommendations? Do you love the leopard packaging or do you think its Tacky ??

Lets play Swapsies !

Hello ladies, if you take a little look at the top of my page where the tabs are you might notice the Swapsies page which i have just added.

I am just giving this idea a little trial to see how it goes as i have quite a few bits and bobs that keep accumulating which i thought might be more useful to someone else.
The hope is to swap things that are getting left on the shelf so to speak and in return try out some other products without spending any pennies ( well except postage of course )

If you like me have a few items that are feeling unloved at the moment then feel free to copy this idea and add a swapsie page to your blog too. I'm sure somebody else has probably thought of this idea before but Ive just not come across it.

Oh yes one more thing. Please try and ask for a fair swap in your requests for example I'm not going to swap a Mac lipstick for a Rimmel one lol.

Feeling peachy !

I am seriously loving the new Occ lip tars that i recently purchased from love makeup. I have wanted to try these out for so long and now that Ive started road testing them i know for sure that these are going to become a firm favourite.

I read mixed review with people who either loved them or hated them. A few people said they were too drying but i decided to take my chances and I'm soooo glad i did.

Cha Cha & Trollop

I ended up getting a really bright colour and a very pale peach so that i could mix the two colours to create a few different shades. I have had a little play with mixing them and its amazing how many different shades of peach and pink you can get with just 2 colours.

Today i am wearing a mix of the two which created a gorgeous peach colour. My lips are quite pigmented so finding the right peach shade is really hard. The coverage on these are brilliant so the true colour that you mix ends up on the lips.

As you can see the finish is semi matte which some people may not like but you can always add a slick of gloss.
I applied this first thing this morning and its still going strong 6 hrs later :)
